A feature wall, or accent wall, first became popular in the early 2000’s. Gone are the days of the old suede effects but the creative accent wall is making a big comeback with many more interesting textures and designs. Going onto our third year of enduring this pandemic families are spending more time in their own homes which has motivated them to create unique spaces they can enjoy.
A simple way to do this is to pick a suitable wall in one of your living spaces and make it a feature. An accent wall gives a room character and can be a positive influence on mindset and mood.
